First Lady Linguine

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serves: Approx. 4

Ingredients:
8 ounces Mueller’s Linguine
3 cups frozen, cooked shrimp, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 pounds plum tomatoes, halved
2 cups fresh basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 lemon, cut into slices

Directions:
Cook and drain pasta. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; stirring constantly, cook 1 minute. Mix garlic and oil with pasta. Add in shrimp and tomato. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with lemon slices.
