Ingredients:
12 ounces Mueller’s Penne Pasta
2/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 cup Genoa salami, medium diced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, medium diced
1-1/2 cups tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup black olives, broken
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta. Once cooked, put in colander and rinse pasta until cool to the touch. Toss well
to remove any excess water. Transfer pasta into a large mixing bowl. Add remaining
ingredients to pasta and toss well. Chill and serve.
